Welcome to Gallagher's Travels Motel & Cabins!

We are a locally owned boutique Motel and Cabins centrally located on Mount Desert Island. We are set five minutes from Downtown Bar Harbor, 90 seconds from the Acadia National Park Vistor Center, and mere moments from the village of Hulls Cove, which boasts sweeping ocean views, a classic Maine rock beach, seaside restaurants, a general store, and a specialty wine and cheese shop.

-Our Motel Rooms are designed to be cozy and comfortable, featuring a full bathroom, dedicated parking, and amenties including a microwave, regrigerator, free-wifi, and Smart-TV.

-Our Private Cabins come in single queen bedroom, single king bedroom, and two-bedroom configurations and include all of the above amenities as well as private decks.

For larger parties or those simply looking for a full-space experience, we also offer two onsite houses:

-House Acadia, featuring three bedrooms and a full bathroom, a comfortable living room, full kitchen with a microwave, full-size refrigerator and freezer, and a private sun-porch.

-Wildwood Cabin, featuring two bedrooms and a full bathroom, a comfortable living room, full kitchen with a microwave, full-size refrigerator and freezer, and a private outdoor deck.
